10 Days of Fun and Adventure in Maui

Overview

Quote:
If you like Scuba and/or snorkeling, this is the place to do it with crystal clear blue water. Rent a convertable and drive the road to Hana, but don't forget to pack a picnic lunch.

Quick Tips:

Break up the day a little and spend the morning on the beach and relax, then get changed and do something fun in the afternoon. Of course, one morning you will have to get up early to bicycle down Haleakala.

Best Way To Get Around:

Even though Maui is an island, it is a big one and going from one end to the other can take more than an hour. So, renting a car is a must -- and since you are on vacation, splurge and rent a convertable -- the only way to drive!

If you are REALLY going to splurge, this is THE place to do it. The concierge on the beach will come by and spray EVIAN water on you to cool you off. Breakfast is amazing and will last you all day. Oh yeah, the rooms aren't bad either!

This is the must do, all day trip. Make sure to listen to everyone and leave early -- it is a long day, but well worth it (plus, you want to get all the way to the end). We borrowed a tape that was a self guided tour taking you down the winding roads and waterfalls. Make sure to get to the end and do the seven pools. We also had a picnic lunch packed and had a nice picnic in one of the rest stops.
