to Karlsruhe by tini58de
Quote: Karlsruhe is a nice quiet town in the southwest of Germany, with beautiful surrounding and the most precious person in the world!!!
Many of the sights can be reached by walking and best starting point is the Marktplatz (market square).
To see the surroundings, the public transportation might get you there, trains, but of course, getting there by car is probably the most convenient way!
Admission is free, but you are not allowed to bring beverages with you - you will have a chance to buy them there!
My absolute favorite is the "Classical Breakfast" on sunday morning! Imagine 20000 people having a picknick and listening to Vivaldi's "Four Seasons", Orff's "Carmina Burana" or Händel's "Water Music". What a treat!

Stroll around the various room of this impressive palace and don't miss out on two extras:
* walk up the tower of the palace and enjoy the spectacular view of the city!
* take a walk around the park behind the palace
