Pusan Eateries

Overview

Quote:
Most of my time was spent at Haeundae Beach in Pusan and the aquarium there has my recommendation if you can stand the crowds.

When you get to Pusan there is a building opposite the Tourist Information Centre which houses some of the best American chain restaurants in the city.

Quick Tips:

Best Way To Get Around:

Bennigans

Restaurant

Quote:
We made it to Bennigans on our final day in Pusan and it was easily the best of the three.

The services was fantastic- polite and efficient. They did make a slight error with our vegetarian friend's food but it was dealt with quickly, a replacement brought and a drink offered while she waited.

The food was excellent too- a variety of different cuisine- including jacket potatoes, faijitas, salads and soups. If you have been to a Bennigans before then you will know the menu and not be disappointed.

A touch of American cuisine in the heart of Korea!

TGI Fridays

Restaurant

This one had a better view of the ocean but there are plenty of dark corners that you can get stuck in. The food is the same the world over and a good break from Kimchi!

The service was not as good as Bennigans however but the meal was excellent.

Outback Steakhouse

Restaurant

Quote:
This is the last of the three. The food is excellent and the inside of the restaurant is a mass of Aussie paraphenalia- though it is doubtful that much of it has actually been anywhere near the land down under. A great view of the ocean was complemented with good food and reasonable service- not to mention and English menu which did cause a little confusion!
