When you come to Dallas, a great steak is a must. And there's no better place than III Forks. It has a fine Texas-French menu with superb service and atmosphere. When you arrive, take advantage of the free valet parking (of course a tip is appropriate). For an appetizer, we ordered the lobster bisque and it was seasoned perfectly. For the main course we had the baseball cut filet mignon (10 oz.). All of their beef is exclusively prime beef, and it makes all the difference.
