Nice rooms, quiet, refrigerator, microwave, full-size coffee maker. We ate breakfast there almost every day. They served various Mexican breakfast dishes that were some of the best we have had. It has a small casio in the lobby which we actually did fairly well in. The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly.

Only half a block off Las Vegas Blvd. It was walking distance to the Stardust, Circus/Circus and the Riviera. Although we walked the entire strip, I do not recommend it. There are bus stops at the street corner that we made use of after our blisters went down from the first day.

Most of the older casinos have some sort of free giveaway. The Riviera has nice souvenir coffee mugs. The Flamingo has playing cards. All have either drink, chip, or slot coupons. We received a free burger at Flamingo. There were little extras like that all week. Just look for men or women near the front of the older casinos handing out coupons (don't confuse them with the illegal aliens handing out the little cards with "ladies" phone numbers!).
