Checking out downtown Palo Alto, historic el Palo Alto, the Palo Alto baylands, the Hewlett Packard garage, and Stanford University.

Quick Tips:

Best Way To Get Around:

Although there is a bus system, it is slow and for the most part inefficient. Car is the best way to get around. However, biking and walking is also an option, especially if you plan to explore stanford.

A rather large park with a few playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, a swimming pool, and site of an elementary school. The park also hosts the Junior Museum/Zoo. The museum is great for kids and the zoo hosts a variety of animals from spiders to peacocks.

Good place for a picnic and for kids to play. A very relaxing break to fast paced Silicon Valley.

A cozy british pub complete with big screen tv and dart board. Nice outdoor seating area on the patio. Good place to go and relax after a long day. A great place to watch a sporting event, especially soccer due to the enthusiasm of the owners and patrons.
