I didn't say there would be no crabs here, just that you won't be sitting at a table cracking them and picking out the crab meat! The soft shell crabs are a specialty and sell out early. The last time I was there, one of the people in my party practically needed grief counseling, when she learned that there were none availble.
The restaurant is a little off the beaten tourist path, so you'll be dining with area residents, who have made the place a neighborhood landmark during the past 30 years.
For the Gen Xers, the bar has Happy Hour from 4 to 7, Monday through Saturday, and is a great place to meet people.
