This unique buffet-style restaurant, located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge hotel, is one of my WDW absolute favorites. If you have a somewhat open mind and would love to try unique African cuisine, this is a great choice.
The dinner buffet is separated into several sections, including a carving station, soups, salads, kids items, and desserts. The menu changes daily, so there’s always something interesting to try. The soup section is my personal favorite (and I know I’m not alone), and it usually includes four interesting soup selections such as Chicken Pepper Pot, seafood stew, and a curry coconut chicken soup that I fell madly in love with (our wedding is next June).
