You can get the best food in the world in Hong Kong, its not cheap it can cost you up to per person. You can get good food for much much less. You should also ride the Star Ferry to Kowloon, this is a good way to see the amazing Hong Kong skyline for only about 50 cents. Hong Kong is also a center for technolagy if you are in to the latest gadgets then you should check out the Computer Mall in Wan Chai. Hong Kong will amaze you with it's lights and beauty it is truly the city that never sleeps.

Quick Tips:

Don't be scared by the many streets and the millions of people, Hong kong is very easy to get around. It is also one of the safest citys in the world.

Best Way To Get Around:

Taxis are very cheap and very good for going short distances. But you should get a Octupus card they work on the MTR (subway system), the bus, the tram, the Star Ferry, and the Airport train.

Luk Kwok HotelBest of IgoUgo

Hotel | "Luk Kwok"

The Luk Kwok hotel was great. The rooms were very big for a Hong Kong hotel and the service was excellent. The location is very central - it is only a short ride to the business district and all forms of dining and entertainment. There is a great French fast-food restaurant right around the corner from the hotel - I can't remember the name, but someone at the front desk should know. If you can afford the sometimes very expensive rates, I highly recommend this hotel.

Note: I have seen this hotel listed for as low as $100 on the internet, so shop around.

Victoria PeakBest of IgoUgo

Attraction

Victoria Peak provides one of the most amazing views of Hong Kong. You get there by taking a tram from the central district. People who are scared of heights should not take the tram, although it has never had an accident in all of its history. Once there, the view is absolutely amazing, and all of Hong Kong is below you. You must come here even if it is the only thing that you do in Hong Kong.

Attraction | "Aberdeen Beach"

The Aberdeen beach is beautiful. We took a bus ride from Hong Kong. The beach is just a five minute walk from the Aberdeen market if you want to shop at the market get there in the middle of the day because it closes pretty early. I don't know what the beach is actual called so I am just going to call it the Aberdeen beach. There are many good places to eat along the beach.

Lang Kwai FongBest of IgoUgo

Story/Tip

Lang Kwai Fong is located in Central. Lang Kwai Fong is famous for it's amazing food from every different place on earth. It is also known for being the place where the American and British expatriates come to hang out. Recently, the number of local patrons have increased to about 40%. Lang Kwai is very expensive with meals sometimes costing over $50 a person, but the food is well worth it. You will not find better food than this in most of China. It is crowded all night long. Taxis bring people at two o'clock in the morning to start their meals and to go to the many western bars.
