The rooms were clean. We had a refrigerator in the room, which was nice for late night and early morning snacks for the kids. They provided continental breakfast starting at 6:30am.

There was an eating area with a TV. The Inn had an indoor pool, which was nice since the weather outside wasn''t balmy. The beach area was across the highway and down about a mile.

We went to the Gleneden Beach timeshare. The units were very nice, but we already own one and really didn''t need any more vacation weeks. One advantage of the Worldmark program was that travel can be per day versus per week. With the amount of points they were trying to sell us, it just seemed like we would need a whole lot of points to take a nice vacation at a Gold Crown Resort during the summer months. We would have to wait two to three years to take a week vacation. Their selling point was that we could use these last minute 45-60 days out weeks or days for a substantially lower amount of points.
