Accomodations at the South Seas Resort were somewhat disappointing. Though the room was spacious, it intirely lacked in originality or refinement. A huge television dominated the room. Regular fare for our room was posted at $450/night. For that price, bath robes and sheets of Egyptian cotton are in order. It was more akin to a Hilton than the posh luxury commensurate with the outstanding natural environment, landscape, and price. The staff was efficient, but unfriendly...never offering a timely "thank you," step out of thier way, or smile.
