Photo Credit and Gift Cards?

Hello. I see on the points guidelines that all reviews with an added photo get a 50-point bonus. I've added several pictures throughout the past few weeks and have never gotten a bonus for any of them. I was wondering how to go about doing so?
Also, how long does it usually take to receive a gift card? I put in for two last week and the confirmation e-mails I received said they would arrive shortly. I still haven't received them so I'm just wondering how long it usually takes.

Hi there,
To see your photo-bonus points, just check out the category "Review or Story Photo Bonus" in your GO Points tally (it's sort of near the bottom). If you click on that link, you'll see the list of reviews that received a 50-point bonus. They should all be there!
Also, apologies for any waits on gift cards, but they generally arrive within 5-7 days, so hang in there! I double-checked, and your order did indeed arrive and is being processed.

Thanks Michelle! I just recently started using the site again and am getting used to all the changes. I didn't see the photo bonus down there. And thanks for the info on the gift cards. I just wasn't sure how long it usually takes. I appreciate the quick response, the site has some of the best user support out there! Thanks again.

I'm not sure if I should write here or to someone privately, but I'm still waiting for my two gift cards. I'm sure I'll get them eventually, but it's been longer than 5-7 days (it's almost 2 weeks now) and am wondering what's going on? I put in for another $25 gift card a few days ago so I don't expect to get that one for another week or so. But the two I put in for on the 21st still haven't arrived, so I want to make sure they weren't sent to the wrong place. Thanks for any info.
