Three Days in Copenhagen...What to do?

I'm spending three days in Copenhagen and after reading multiple books I've got a mile long list of sites to see. I'm planning to hit up all the major neighborhoods.

What should I make sure to see in Slotsholmen and the Indre By areas?

Is Rosenborg Slot worth touring?

Any other advice?
