Redemption Voucher not delivered

Dear Igougo team,
I have redeemed 12 000 points on 25th September 2012 with amazon uk but I have not yet received my gift certificate voucher. Can any member of the rewards staff at Igougo kindly explain to me why this has happened and amend accordingly?
Kindly note as well that the same thing happened one year ago but soon after I notified Igougo about this, the gift certificate voucher was immediately sent to me.

Hi Mario

From memory the redemption period suggests it may take 1-2 weeks before the payment is provided, so perhaps a little more patience is needed? That said, igougo have always been prompt payers so they may be the victims of their own success!

Yes, that's true -- it can take 5-10 business days. But let me look into your particular redemption and see what is happening. We apologize for the delay.

This issue has now been settled to my complete satisfaction. May I add that the staff at Igougo were always helpful, having offered their prompt assistance whenever I asked. Thanks for all this and for keeping our site up-to-date and so neatly organized. May I thank all my colleagues and friends who write for Igougo. Without their contributions our site fails miserably. Thanks & keep up your good work!
