Gift Certificates

I have redeemed 24 000 points on 14th September 2011 with amazon uk but after 10 days I have not yet received my gift certificate voucher. Can any member of the rewards staff at Igougo explain to me why this has happened? Has any other Igougo member experienced this? This has never happened to me before since gift certificate vouchers have always been sent to me in a matter of 2 or 3 days.
Any valid explanation? Thanks
