Elwood's

Elwood's is a local hangout for the young and old. It doesn't look like much with its tattered booths and stools, but it's lots of fun. The menu is somewhat limited; however, the food is fantastic from their hamburger and fries to the fried green tomatoes and their "Mumbo Combo". Their prices are reasonable and they feature local entertainment every night. Since it is an open-air establishment, you can actually stand across the street and just listen to the music as you pass by. It looks like an old gas station converted into a bar with a variety of domestic and international beers on tap. They also have a pool table.
