What an experience it was: the police were out like sheep herders and we were treated like cattle and moved from one holding pen to another until, finally, from 54th Street, we made it to 43rd Street, one block away from all the action of MTV and CBS.
They make it seem on TV as though you can hear, see, and enjoy all the music and commotion going on, but this is all fantasy. This was my dream but it was a nightmare in reality.
