I stopped by this bar duirng the middle of the Queens Gay Pride weekend, and it was fairly packed with a mix of older and younger men. It's definitely much more ethnically mixed than what you would normally find in a bar in Chelsea, as Jackson Heights is the home to much of the Latin gay community. Bone up on your Spanglish to facilitate making new pals...
People were very friendly here, and drinks are much cheaper than what you'd expect to pay in Manhattan. If I had to complain about anything I guess I'd take issue with the bizarre and somewhat dated "futuristic" decor they have employed. Everything is day-glo, which screams 1987 to me.
