Guiness? Not Here

I visisted Chamonix this January and went to O'Byrne's Pub seeing that it is my family name. I asked for a guiness and they don't even sell it, so I settled for a murphy's and paid dear for it as well, I paid 6.75 € it is definitely a nice little pub but the prices are ridiculous. They have a few chess sets for their guests and free munchies to be had which is good when you go out on the booze.

It's an Irish pub - for all those who need their daily fix of Guinness - and it's a really cosy and friendly place too. Rumours have it that the English-speaking community/travelers often gather here - so it's a good place to meet up with other ex-pats or travelers when you are tired of drinking wine and speaking French.
