How can I best summarize this experience? Take that comfortable feeling you get from an Irish pub or your local bar, add in beautiful, stylishly-dressed women reminiscent of the Miami club-scene, add a soundtrack of original authentic mixes of the type of ethnic lounge music that they love in Paris and London, and then subtract 90% of the men, and I think you have it. The prices here a decidedly not for the budget traveller (e.g. $5 for a bottle of beer), but for me, any return trip to Morocco will include a night out at la Bodega. There was so much going on at this place that I had to put it in a free-form entry in this journal!
