Smoking Odors, Lack of Personnel

Unfortunately even if you play at the "non smoking" section you leave the premises stinking from the shoes and up to your hair.
The smoking odor all over is just HORRENDOUS . (If you stay until very late and go to sleep before taking a bath) you'll leave the odor in your pillow cases and sheets. It is just unbearable. The whole place (the BIngo side building) is very very dirty - The bathrooms are old and filthy the whole place is disgusting and repulsive-
My question to the management is : WHY?
This is a place that makes hundreds of dollars by the second
How and who can be so disgusting to run a place like that?
I've been playing Bingo and Slots Machines since 1992 and I saw lots of new investments there, but all directed and focused to making more money for them than supply the customers with a better place to enjoy.
How come there is no changes for the better. I've seen lots of new (old) machines all over, so my question is: How come there is money for new machines but there's no money to repair or change the bathrooms, more money to invest in a modern and effective central air extractor to eliminate smoke odors etc.

Now, the other negative is: in some machines if you win more than $ 50.00 prepare yourself to wait no less than 30 minutes just to get that money. If you win more (like $ 1200.00 or so ...well well, first you must wait around 30 minutes for the floor employee to show up to get your ticket and then about another hour OR MORE to get your money.
If you need any change and you don't want to leave your machine unattended, forget about playing for another 30 minutes or until somebody can hear your shouts asking for cash out...or cash change. The employees are less and less... One of them that resign not long ago told me that her lungs couldn't take it anymore...and the pay was so bad that it didn't worth it.
Maybe that's another issue that they should improve?
If you need a waitress...first, is better if you drink alcoholic beverages because it looks that the waitress is more willing to take care of these people first. If you order a coffee or water, most likely you will not see it for looooonnnnnggggg time. But if you order pina colada or beer or whiskey on the rocks you'll get it right away...maybe they get a better tip from alcoholic people...
Most of the machines are old and with old technology (at the bingo side of the building) most of them don't work so if you like a specific machine you must stand behind people playing and pray for them to leave before is getting too late for you and must go home without playing the one that you most like.
What's positive ?
Is conveniently located not too far from home, live entertainment (for free) the food is not that bad and prices are more or less good.
My mom used to go 24/7-365 days per year to play Bingo when it was really fun to play. With live music in the intermission, the floor clerks were just wonderful and the atmosphere was like a huge family reunited to play ....Now is not the same anymore.
I wish there was some improvements directed to the consumer/visitor etc. I would love to be able to go more often but I would like to come back home without the stinky smoke odor. I don't really mind people smoking (I've been smoking for almost 40 years) If you go to another casinos (Hard Rock fro example) everybody smokes there....but you can bearly notice it.
The Hotel part is a little better even though they suffer from the same lack of personnel, therefore you must wait a lot of time if you win something that must be paid in the counter.
They have a 7 (scale from 0-10) all you can eat restaurant upstairs that it's worth it to visit . The bathrooms are better and cleaner . Waitress...forget about them though
