Fat Cat Bar in Strand Pavillion
The Fat Cat Bar is part of the Surfside restaurant in the Strand Pavillion. In the late afternoon, there is a deck where you can have drinks and watch the fantastic sun set. On some nights, they have live bands, and there is a small dance floor. Our margaritas were not fabulous, but okay, and the atmosphere was nice and friendly. We got to dance to at least one Country and Western song before things turned younger and friskier.
