Ceasar's Atlantic City

I have to admit to being a relative beginner when it comes to Atlantic City. I go to the Connecticut casinos more often, just as they are often more convenient for me. In the times I've been to Atlantic City, this casino has been my favorite. The actual casino floor is more spacious than the other casinos I've been to, with high ceilings and room to move... Some of the casinos in other hotels are so packed with machines that it's hard to move around. I also find some of the slots to be looser than others... At least my favorite machine of "Little Green Men." As part of the Caesars/Park Place, the comp system is tied into multiple casino/hotels in AC and Las Vegas, and I'm saving up 'cause I want to end up at the Star Trek Experience at the LV Hilton. The parking lot is connected by a suspended tunnel, which is nice on ugly days; Not every hotel offers this in AC. I haven't been to any of the show venues yet, but this hotel seems to offer a lot of comedy acts compared to other places.

Jackie Mason came out and from the time he started kept the audience laughing. He talked about his family, being Jewish, people eating Sushi and Cajun food. He was very funny and entertaining.

Caesars is a Roman themed casino. It offers every type of table games and always has the newest slots. They offer a non smoking section on the third floor. There are wonderful stores and restaurants there as well. The rooms are very luxurious and are available in non smoking.

Caesars is located in the middle of all the casinos so you are right in the middle of all the action. There is a 24 hour cafe there that has wonderful food from steak to burgers. It nice to visit there to have coffee and cake after gambling. Caesars also has the hottest concerts and comedians. On our last visit, we saw George Carlin who is hysterical.

Caesars is huge and has different towers of rooms. It can be a bit confusing, but once you are there, you learn your way around. There is a nice sports bar when you first enter in case you need a break from losing your money. The staff treat everyone like a high roller, even when you are not. If you have a Caesars card you can earn comps for meals even if you don't spend a fortune and they are useful for contests. They are always giving away something, even cars!!

I just played the slots. They had several different games. The casino was large and not too crowded. Gambling really isn't that big of a deal for me. I only spent $20 in all, but I really liked looking around the hotel/casino. It is fairly elaborate with giant Roman statues and fountains. My boyfriend thought it was a little over the top, but I think it is worth checking out. Also, Caesars offers courses from professional gaming instructors (for people like me who know how to play virtually nothing other than Go Fish). Call 1-800-CAESARS and ask for VIP services to find out more.
