Hanger on the Wharf

Hanger on the Wharf is a bar/pub and restaurant with a wonderful view overlooking the water. The service can be a bit slow and it is very noisy and smoky. Occasionally a band plays there. Although the food selection wasn't really anything I would like, the quality is good. They do offer root beer off of the tap from the bar.
