This is an old traditional cava bar in the heart of the old town. Run by a father and son team for the last 30 years, this bar is on the street where Cervantes wrote Don Quixote. The cava is cheap and delicious, and the tapas are plentiful and great for soaking up the alcohol. The atmosphere is great, and although it is on the tourist trail, you still get the feeling that you have discovered the real Barcelona.
