Every time you enter any casino, always take the time to join the Player's Club. You receive a card which you use every time you gamble. Whether you play slots or tables, the card tracks your play. Every casino offers a different program for comps. Be sure to ask if there are special promotions for signing up. The Tropicana usually has a great signing bonus. We usually play the nickle machines (so our gambling budget is minimal), but we always get free meals, show tickets, and free hotel rooms. You can also earn cash back, but we have found that it doesn't amount to much. After you get home, you will receive many offers for free rooms, etc. for your next trip. We travel to Las Vegas twice a year for two weeks each time and usually get at least 10 nights comped. You have to change hotels every two or three nights, but if it's free, why not? The money that you save on accommodations pays to have a car rental. All of the hotels/casinos have free parking.
