I read in a travel book this show was great to take kids to. I agree. My kids enjoyed the magic and comedy. If you sit near the front you may be picked to participate. Kids need to be 5 and older. If you have an infant, you are allowed to bring him/her in free. They will ask you to leave the theater if the infant makes noise. Mac King will even make a joke out of it. Mac King offers free autographs.

The Mac King show at Harrah's is an outrageously funny magic act, performed twice a day. Free tickets are easy to obtain at Harrah's, but seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and requires a one-drink-per-person purchase. You may also purchase reserved seating for about $10.00 per person, which is nice if you don't want to wait in line to get in. (Most people start lining up for the free seats about an hour in advance.)

This is a daytime show, and perfectly suitable for children. My entire family of four were in tears with laughter at all of Mac King's magic antics. Six months later, my kids are still reciting some of his more memorable jokes. It was definitely one of the highlights of our family's Las Vegas vacation.

If you are looking for a fun afternoon with your kids, in a city more known for adult entertainment, the Mac King show will be a hit.
