Carnival Court
This is an outdoor bar in front of Harrah's. It has a large stage and dancing area with live music. The main attraction here are the bartenders juggling the bottles and drinks as they mix and pour them for you. A great spot to unravel after a business meeting.

This is the place to see the bartenders perform while making your drink. Some of the best bartenders in the world work here and it shows! The bar is a huge carousel-inspired circle, with a stage and tables at one end. There are heaters outside for those chilly nights and you should get there early if you want a seat at the bar to see the show. What the bartenders refer to as "flair," is the Cocktail-inspired way of making drinks by fliping the bottles into the air, balancing mulitple drinks on top of each other, etc. The bartenders there are great and are a must-see!
