Though slightly out of the way, this rather obscure little late-night bar is worth looking for should you find yourself in Tennoji, one of Osaka's downtown areas. All kinds of drinks and cocktails are served with attentive, courteous service from the owner himself, Mr. Gaku Shimoji. Contrary to the impression the name may convey, the bar is actually warm and relaxing--an ideal place when you are in a quiet mood or trying to find one. The bar is located on an intersection called Teradacho-kosaten on the corner of Tamatsukuri-suji and Route 25.
