Description
Built in 1911, this historic building continues to make history. The first of its kind in the world, this theatre and studio has the remarkable ability to offer not only the 2,000 saleable seats within, but also millions through new pay-per-view technology combined with the Internet. Formerly the old Union High School auditorium, this place was changed forever through a recent multi-million dollar renovation. It once hosted entertaining greats Doris Day and Wayne Newton; now it features comedy, concert and sporting events. It is located in the heart of downtown Phoenix's Copper Square, with plenty of dining and shopping opportunities nearby at the Arizona Center.
