Description
Pizza and pasta, bagels and breadsticks, rice porridge and loc lac. The menu here touches much of Europe, with some fine versions of local dishes thrown in. This riverfront cafe, hemmed with potted plants and furnished in rattan, is a fine place to watch life go by from the sidewalk seating or copse indoor tables. The loc lac (a Cambodian specialty of fried cubed beef) is succulent, and the amok, or fish steamed in coconut milk, is perhaps the best in town. Service is friendly and unobtrusive and the drink list includes a good range of beers and soft drinks.
