Built in 1512 with a well-preserved interior, this delightful tea room manages to retain its sense of history. The service here is friendly, the atmosphere relaxed. Outside there is a pretty secluded garden to sit in on sunny days or warm evenings. Morning coffee is always served, there is a good choice for lunch and afternoon tea (a must) including home-made scones and cakes! At the weekends there is a separate evening menu that features an impressive ever-changing range of chef's specials.
