Description

Toscana is a romantic little café-bar with a highly idiosyncratic atmosphere. The location, Adolf-Pichler-Platz, is beautiful in itself. Toscana's immediate neighbour is the Kellertheater, and theatre audience as well as actors are coming to the café regularly. There are numerous small tables with comfy and easy chairs, and together with the many different arts posters on the walls, the whole ambience is a little bit similar to the legendary Viennese Hawelka. Outside, in front of the building, there's a terrace with genuine street-café flair, and inside, in the back, a little bar and a small and intimate niche with another table. Toscana also serves various dishes, and they always take care that there are a few fine specialities on offer.
