Tian Yi Tea Club

Description

'Earth First” Tea Club, a refreshing change from the usual onslaught of wine bars. The interior boasts of four tables downstairs, each seating four to five people. Chinese dim sum is served throughout the day. The normal teas (read: cheaper) like pu-er and jasmine cost an average MYR9-11 and serves four, depending on its potency. The tea-drinking ceremony is a slow and laborious process but tradition, in this case, prevails. Clay teapots are also being sold, but watch out for the prices as they soar well into MYR160 if you are really intrigued by the tea-making process.
