There are quite a few bars/lounges on this street which gives the area a fun feel—at night there are usually plenty of people walking around, dressed up, and on their way someplace fun.

Rosie McGee's is a pretty big pub. Parts of it are carpeted, which is unusual, and there are little dark corners where there are couches and/or armchairs that you can sink into and hang out it with relative privacy. The rest of the bar is what you'd expect, tables, stools at a long bar and a dance floor.

On the weekends there will be a cover charge, it was around $20, which my friend and I found irritating. the music is loud and it's mostly dance. The place was crowded and certain sections, like the upstairs, were roped off so we didn't last long in this bar. If you're looking for a pub to relax and have a few drinks in, keep walking. This one will be crowded and expensive, and the others down the street won't have a cover charge or nearly as many people.
