This is a really chic place. Belly up to the bar and you will see, it is a block of ice and the decorations are very cool making you feel like a Russian communist party activist. The bartenders are friendly and professional. Try the rootbeer float martini. It is delicious. The focus, as you guessed is vodka here. It has never been crowded any time I have walked by, but the decor is so cool, it is worth a stop for a cocktail. I can't speak for the Russian food on the menu.
