This cafe is hidden away on the sixth floor of the world-known Huntsman Cancer Institute near the University of Utah. This spacious triangular restaurant is surrounded by windows, from which diners can look over the city while a high, pointed ceiling floats overhead. The food is served cafeteria style, but this is no 'mom-and-pop' kind of place. Try the delicious Bay Shrimp Louie Salad or the incredible clam chowder. Hot meats are also on the menu, as well as pancakes, muffins, omelettes, and a delightful portobello mushroom sandwich.
