Description
Pathways is a new restaurant used by the local Daralmalan College for their hospitality training course. It has become very popular for the food, presentation and professional service. The stylish interior has timber floors and starched white tablecloths. There is an open char grill, which makes for cosy dining on cold days. The modern Australian menu is extensive and uses produce in season. Popular dishes include the Ricotta Basil and Tomato Tart, and the 'FX'--lamb fillets, Indian spices, char-grilled vegetables and mango chutney on toasted Italian bread.
