Par Excellence is a fine dining restaurant, while Cups Brasserie is open daily for more casual dining. Both restaurants are part of the golf club. Mustard walls and dark blue furniture make for relaxed dining inside. Alternatively, sit outside and enjoy the view of the Brindabella mountains. Dine in Par Excellence and start with King Prawns in Thai spices with jasmine rice (AUD11.50), followed by Lamb Back strap with fetta cheese and herbs (AUD17). Cups Brasserie serves coffee, cake, sandwiches and grills. On Fridays, there is a Family Feast for AUD9.95 or children under 12 for AUD5.
