Located near the Palais de Justice on one of the city's main avenues, the look of this bar changes throughout the day. At lunchtime you can dine inside or out, while it's also a great place for an afternoon coffee. Come evening, however, it is transformed into a popular karaoke and dance venue. The basement room quickly fills up and the first-floor bar is equally popular among regulars. The clientele includes many students, especially on Thursday evenings.
