This well-respected opera group, with a resident company and exceptional chorus, produces three grand operas each season at the beautiful Orpheum Theater. Past productions include Tosca, Carmen, Don Giovanni and Aida. Leading parts are often played by some of the most talented opera performers in the world. The company also produces the Omaha Broadway Theatre Season, a yearly series of national touring musicals that has included Phantom of the Opera, Fame, Tommy—The Musical and Crazy For You.
