Hop up onto one of the barstools and you'll be sitting on a saddle actually used to ride into the canyon. Enjoy a cocktail, or settle in at a table in the dining room for a hearty Western-style dinner. Native American dancers perform most evenings during dinner, all year round. No reservations are required, and there is no extra charge for the show. Steaks and barbecue are the specialties of the house. Most dinners are in the USD12-18 category, and full bar service is available.
