Home of the city's largest stages for music and theater, it has served as the home of the annual Academy Awards ceremony. Comprised of the Ahmanson Theatre, the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and the Mark Taper Forum, the music center is also home of the L.A. Opera, the L.A. Philharmonic and dozens of reputable plays, musicals and concerts every year.
