Sip a margarita from an enormous glass and watch your tortillas made by hand. The dishes here are traditional and hard to find elsewhere in Cabo. They include chiles en nogada (MXN180) and many variations of the dense chocolate and chile sauce called mole. Across the street from the Museo de las Californias, the bright blue exterior hints at the cheerful atmosphere inside, which features murals and a friendly, bolero-jacketed staff.
