Description

Metz is a beautiful bar which is reached by crossing a little bridge over the canal - it even has an al fresco eating and drinking area shaped like a boat. Always a very popular meeting point, the crowd is casual and chilled out. The interior consists of solid wooden tables and chairs, subtle, subdued tones on the walls and large mirrors - the whole place is lit by candles which help create a relaxed ambience. The cuisine offered is a good mixture of contemporary and eastern European with a large range of light snacks, sandwiches and meals available throughout the day.
