Annual host to the September Latin American Film Festival, and October's Raindance Film Festival, the Metro cinema screens the more arty offerings of the film industry, featuring independent productions and foreign flicks, as well as the odd celluloid screening from the general-release genre. The sidestreet cinema houses two screens, seating 194 and 84 respectively, and provides comprehensive facilities and attractive prices. Metro's screens are available for hire from £75 per hour, and late-night screenings can be specially arranged on request.
