Poor Service, Mediocre Drinks

I visited the Maswik Bar during a recent visit to the South Rim. I was highly disappointed in the level of customer service that I received. During my first visit, I wouldn't call it it busy, but yet I still had to wait 10 - 15 minutes for a beer while the bar tender slowly waited on others and watched NBA finals on their multiple TVs.
I went back the next night due to it being one of the few bars one can go to at the Grand Canyon South Rim. I arrived late, around 10:45 pm, after having a couple of drinks at the Bright Angle Lounge, which had considerably better service. I was informed that they had already called last call and NO ONE was being served anymore. After my request for a drink, I noticed the bar tender serve several more people, most likely his friends. I spoke briefly with the manager about this; however, I highly doubt anything will become of it due to the overwhelming lack of professionalism at this location.
The Maswik Lounge is a disgrace to the Grand Canyon.
If you are visiting the Grand Canyon South Rim, I would highly recommend visiting the Bright Angel Lounge where the service was many steps above Maswik, and the drink prices are the same.
Cheers.
