Credited with the title of British Sandwich Bar of the Year, this is one of an expanding chain that originated in the city and has now spread to Manchester. It's not hard to see why it has achieved this status, as the array of delicious savoury and sweet creations is second to none. Choose from a selection of snacks on a variety of breads- pitta, bagels, ciabatta and baguettes- with fillings such as Moroccan chicken and mint yoghurt or egg and smoked salmon; grilled toppings on focaccia are available if you fancy something hot.
