Located in the Mondrian Hotel, decorated all in white and overlooking the city, this elegant restaurant is one of the more dazzling views in town. The patio section is dominated by trees in giant pots and set poolside across from the white-hot Sky Bar. The restaurant serves Asian and Cuban-influenced food—most of it is marinated in spicy oils like chili oil, sesame oil and citrus oil. It offers seafood, steak, tempura dishes and delicious spring rolls. Also, try its Thai-influenced salad. The portions are huge and intended to be served family-style. The bar is a full bar with a full wine list with prices ranging from USD20-115 per bottle.
