Dishes include salmon and tuna tartare, escargot in roasted mushrooms and homemade foie gras for entrees. For mains choose from oriental lamb soup, duck confit or grilled Tasmanian salmon. Finish off with a mouthwatering dessert of crème brulee or chocolate mousse. The menu changes frequently.
